Berti Oilmill is the Arte Hotelsupplier of olive oil. Berti Oilmill has been chosen for the quality and genuinity of the products they offer. These products represent an excellency of the Umbrian territory so generous and rich with wine and gastronomy produce.

The Oilmill is located only a few hundred yards from the hotel and although our guests can easily reach it, some of their products are also on sale at the Arte Restaurant. Among these, it is possible to purchase "traced" olive oil. "Traced" means that by sending a text message to the telephone number mentioned on the label, along with the production code found on the neck of the bottle, you will receive a reply containing the characteristics of the oil, the area of production, the type of olives used and several other useful information. During the year it is possible to take guided tours complete with oil tasting. In addition, the extraction process is available for observation October through December.
